Chip is a Senior Vice President of Windermere Services and also the General Manager of Windermere Relocation and Referral Services. Chip assists Western Washington affiliates in developing their market areas and maximizing their use of Windermere’s tools and resources. Prior to joining Windermere, he served as regional sales manager for Sappi Fine Paper in Western United States. Painter graduated from Denison University with a degree in history.

LaMonica Hummel is the Vice President/Relocation Director/Director of Business Development for Windermere Relocation covering Western Washington, Oregon, California, Utah and Colorado. LaMonica has been involved in the relocation industry since 2000, with Windermere, Prudential, Cartus and Mayflower.  LaMonica has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist – Talent (GMS-T), Global Destination Specialist (SGDS) designations and holds a Managing Broker’s License for the State of Washington. Prior to joining the relocation field, LaMonica was Vice President of Human Resources, for ten years, with OUM Insurance Company. She is an active member of; Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), Relocation Directors Council (RDC®) Pacific Northwest Relocation Council (PNwRC), Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM), Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Lake Washington Human Resource Association (LWHRA) and serves on the board of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council.

About Debbi

Debbi’s career started with Windermere in 1990. She joined Windermere Relocation in 2003, after working in a variety of roles in the real estate industry with increasing responsibility. Debbi is glad to be an account manager for our corporate clients as well, offering services to individuals selling or moving into the Pacific Northwest and California. Her strengths in organization, multi-tasking, communication and customer service are the perfect match for this position. She holds her Brokers license in Washington State and is an active member of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council (PNwRC), as well as Leading Real Estate companies of the World. She holds the Relo Certified Coordinator and Global Relocation Professional designations. Prior to Real Estate she was in the medical industry. Debbi believes there is always a reason to ‘laugh’.

Rebecca joined Windermere Relocation & Referral Services in 2015. She has over 10 years of experience working with people in management, customer service and administrative roles. Her broad background has been instrumental in cultivating her leadership, communication and administrative skills. About Rose

Rose Limson started working with Windermere in 2002 providing accounting support to various real estate services. Since 2009, she has successfully managed the financial operations of the Relocation and Referral Services Company doing all phases of the accounting process and financial reporting. Her accounting background is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics degree and more than 30 years of work experience in treasury management and international banking. An enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude, Rose injects fun to her daily tasks while maintaining integrity and good work ethics practicing her profession.

Calin joined Windermere Relocation & Referral Services in 2015 as an intern and was hired as an Administrative Assistant in January, 2016.  Prior to joining the Windermere team, Calin graduated from the University of Washington in 2015 with a degree in History and a minor in German.  Born and raised in the Seattle area, she loves the Northwest.  Calin is looking forward to applying the skills she has learned to the relocation industry.  She is a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic quick learner.
